an artist and educator who has a background in visual art and design. I currently work as an art educator teaching art to students in the public school system ages TK-8.

I think of my work as an art educator not just of teaching techniques but as a creator and curator of art based experiences. I believe in art as an expression, as play, as a language, and as a process. I believe that curiosity and exploration are catalyst for learning.

I see creativity as a muscle we all have, that needs to be nourished and strengthen through patience and practice. Art is an opportunity to foster connection within ourselves, each other and the greater communities that extend all around us.
